I placed an online order directly from “website” link on Google search for Simple Simon’s Pizza at 3:04 PM. My order consisted of 2 traditional calzone/drink specials and 1 side of ranch. When my order was ready, I asked for my drink cups and the owner told me that his special was over at 2 PM. When I told him that I paid for the special online and showed him my itemized email confirmation, he said that he couldn’t do anything about it. He went on to state that I didn’t even get charged for the ranch. With no effort to make right whatsoever, I left without drinks, without any reimbursement, and he told me to call my bank for resolution because he couldn’t do anything about it. I will never give this man anymore of my money! Being allowed to scam people by allowing someone to place online orders on your business website (after 2 pm) for specials that you don’t intend to honor is not good business! Last I recall, it’s called theft!

Terrible service. So terrible I didn’t even get my pizza!!!! I called multiple times 30 minutes before arriving in Lubbock and no answer so I decided to place the order online. I got to the facility and THEY WERE CLOSED! I called the next day and the guy tells me I had to call the credit card company to get a refund then proceeds to lie and say they stepped out for “5 minutes”. What a ridiculous establishment. I went to Giorgio’s pizza and got better pizza. Thanks for nothing.

I had an incredible experience with the food from this location on I-27. Everything arrived hot, fresh, and perfectly prepared. The wings had a fantastic glaze, and the various pizzas were loaded with generous toppings. I particularly enjoyed the savory combination of the meat and jalapeños on the pizza. It is rare to find a place that puts this much care into every single item. I will definitely be ordering again soon.

Great pizza!! We had the pepperoni pounder. A POUND OF PEPPERONI!! great vibes in this place. We were passing by but there was a lot of looked like local clients. Love the arcade games

I have seen this spot for years and years but never stopped, until a nurse told me that they had really great wings so we decided to try it! And boy was I sooo delighted we did bc goodness the food is superb & it's got a mom and pop feel which I love. It's kindv out there...off the interstate in the shopping center where the original Harbour Freight is, so not somewhere you might frequent, but it is definitely worth the drive. I'm hooked on the build your own Calzone, but really any canzone is top notch! In the picture I did a large build your own Calzone with pepperoni, beef, bell peppers, olives & mushrooms. Any pizza is also outstanding trust me, but in the picture we have a large supreme, no sausage, add beef, add olives. When you order online you also have the choice to order a 30in "beast" for $99. But I did notice on a poster by the fountain drinks there is a list of different large size pizzas that range from large to colossal, that aren't listed online. I'm not sure the name of the different sizes of large but the prices ranged from I believe $30 to over $100!! They also have party packs with many pizzas in them, so it takes the frustration out of trying to think how many
